chore: yarn项目升级并重新分类
1. 移除Resources，单独使用一个Yarn文件夹保存
2. 按类型分为Fiction，FP，Test
3. 升级到YarnSpinner3.0
4. 移除所有本地化关联，后续迁移到Yarn内置的本地化系统
