重写 kb/_overview.md 为四章最新故事脉络，并在 CHANGELOG 标记同日旧大遗忘口径已被新大纲 supersede。

fix(kb): 修复 frontmatter 误伤并整理 bible 排版
编辑器误将 id 写成 ## id: 并去掉 YAML 闭合 ---，已批量修复。
涉及 _overview、姐姐、大遗忘、梦、罐头、唆麻等条目：
- 恢复标准 frontmatter
- 折叠区内表格与待办列表排版整理（无 SSOT 内容变更）
