fix(kb): 修复 bible frontmatter 与排版
修正误伤的 YAML frontmatter（## id: → id:，补全闭合 ---）；
同步佩佩、戈塔什、火山、石头及原乡/原型/苗床/效率审查司/索拉里斯物质等条目的格式。
