docs(kb): 归档唆麻并重写大遗忘机制
唆麻移入 _archived/，active 条目去除专名引用；大遗忘改为
「人类记忆作上下文 → 主脑压缩 → 残存为梦」，主脑与梦 SSOT 对齐。

fix(kb): 修复 frontmatter 误伤并整理 bible 排版
编辑器误将 id 写成 ## id: 并去掉 YAML 闭合 ---，已批量修复。
涉及 _overview、姐姐、大遗忘、梦、罐头、唆麻等条目：
- 恢复标准 frontmatter
- 折叠区内表格与待办列表排版整理（无 SSOT 内容变更）
