- Initialize git repo
- Create kb/ directory: terms/, beats/, days/, production/, decisions/
- Create inbox/archived/ for processed files
- Update templates: beat (enhanced narrative state + production), character (aliases + arc tracking), worldbuilding (tier + aliases), day (chapter + cumulative state)
- Add new templates: eureka (replaces inbox), decision
- Update outline template with retcon/TBD tracking
- Add AGENTS.md with AI operation rules
- Add .gitignore

4.28关于火山和英里的讨论会议记录参会人员春晖，振彤火山疑问 @伍振彤感觉火山颁奖暴动这里有点问题，就是前后和火山没什么关系，需要更明显的表露，比如杀人的时候对火山说都怪你，对于火山的前后情感需要梳理的更清楚,这里如果表现不明确，之后往回扣的时候可能玩家已经忘记了英里英里这里建议是两条线，一明一暗，明线是主线，就是阴谋逐渐揭开，暗线是英里过去的线，就是英里是怎么做出选择进入组织的，她的家庭，她的性格这条线英里是知道大遗忘真相的，只不过她也遗忘了一部分，只是她不确定英里最终的背叛组织是因为明白这个计划不会成功，或者说这个计划是建立在一个误读的基础上的英里在维修里也许发生了一次意外，这个意外让你看到了本来不该看到的记忆
